Our Technology
Precision Laser Art prides itself on being one of the few companies of its kind in the United States to combine the highest technology sub-surface lasers available with skilled personnel.
To ensure that you receive the highest quality and reliability, we operate only the finest sub-surface lasers made by Vitro Laser GmbH of Germany. This investment allows us to provide a full range of services with the finest detail and brightest images possible.
To complement our sub-surface lasers, we also provide surface laser and sand carving services. In many cases, we find that melding these capabilities into the design of a crystal or glass award results in an amazing award, which occupies a prominent place in the recipient's home or office.
Our Processes
Just having the best technology or some of the smartest people in the industry does not necessarily result in a consistently high quality level. It is well known that equal attention must be paid to the processes and systems used to ensure that each project is handled quickly and efficiently.
To that end, we recognized long ago that we had to make a significant investment in defining our business practices, development of the systems required to track each project through to its completion, and providing our clients complete transparency into project tracking and detailed billing.
We are proud to have developed a secure, proprietary and comprehensive order management system, which accomplishes all of the above objectives. Every project is entered into this system and progress may be tracked by authorized users on a real-time basis. Comprehensive reporting is included in the system as is a real-time interface to FedEx and UPS for package tracking. We are the only company of our type to have such a system for the benefit of our clients.
