As part of the project management process, we jointly agree on a project schedule, exchange ideas on artistic concepts for your award, and refine the final artistic concept into an award design that meets your needs as well as your budgetary constraints. Your assigned project manager stays with your project until the end, ensures that all of your questions are answered promptly, and that you are aware at all times of project status.
Artistic proofs are provided on all projects and actual award samples are available for approval as well. We don't start production until you sign off on the proof and/or the sample. Our guiding philosophy is that the client is always in control and that approval is gained from you before next steps are taken.
