Sand Carving Services

In the art of sand carving, our artists create film masks from your artwork, apply them to the crystal, and then carefully direct a jet of compressed air and silicon carbide "sand" through the open areas of the mask.

The result is a rich and permanent deep etching of the crystal surface, which can then be color filled to add a special "zing" to the award.

When combined with sub-surface laser engraving, sand carving results in an amazing and unique engraved crystal award.
